This module allows the admin to enable live Chat support on WhatsApp. Customers can ask their queries and get solutions for those queries over WhatsApp chat.
As a result, the customers don’t need to wait for a reply over the mail and can chat over WhatsApp during the given time interval.

Installation
The user will get a zip file that needs to be uploaded in the “Add New” menu option in the WordPress admin panel.
So, for this login to WordPress Admin Panel and in the Dashboard hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option and select the “Add New” option.
After this, the user will see an option on the top of the page, “Upload Plugin”, and click the option to upload the zip file.
On clicking the “Upload Plugin” option, the user will see a “Choose File” button. Thus, click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the image below.
After browsing the file, click on the “Install Now” button so as to install the plugin as per the snapshot.
Once the user installs the plugin, a message “Plugin installed successfully” displays and an “Activate Plugin” is visible to activate the plugin.
So, the user needs to click on the “Activate Plugin” button to activate the plugin.
Admin Configuration-
After installing the module, the user can make the configurations by navigating through WooCommerce Whatsapp live chat>whatsapp>configuration.
General Setting:
To configure the module the admin needs some settings.
Plugin status: The admin can enable/disable the module.
Timezone: The admin can choose the timezone so the queries time will be set accordingly.
Panel Heading: Panel heading will display on the chat window like “Whatsapp Chat”.
Description: The admin can add the description of the starting message.
Furthermore, the admin needs to set the layout of the frontend for the WhatsApp feature.
Layout Settings:
The admin needs to set the following options to set the WhatsApp layout.
Icon Background color: It is the background color of the WhatsApp icon.
Heading background color: The background color of the title heading of the chat window.
Heading text color: Heading color can be chosen from here.
Chat window background color: The admin can set the background color of the chat window.
Formats and Positions: The admin can set the position of the chat icon on the front.
Whatsapp Members:
The admin can create the members for the store end so they can revert the queries of the customers.
Moreover, the admin enter the following details to create a member in Opencart Whatsapp Chat support.
Member name: The member display on the frontend to the customer to help them select a right person to chat.
Contact: The contact number of a support person will enter here.
Sort order: The admin can sort the order.
Available from: This is the start time of a support person to get available for the customers.
Available to: This is the end time of the support time duration.
Country code: The admin can set the different country codes for different member so they can reach the customers accordingly.
Image: This will be the display image of a customer group.
Member type: The admin can choose the team for the member.
Availability: The admin can enable/disable the member anytime.
Once the all options are complete admin can add the member to the module.
Whatsapp Teams:
The admin needs to create the team for the store so the customer can choose the respective team according to their issue.
Furthermore, the admin can edit or delete the created team from the admin panel.
These teams will display on the frontend to the customers. The customer can choose the team and proceed further with the chat.
Customer End View:
The customer can see the whatsapp icon on his panel when they open any product as per the following image.
When the customer tap on the Whatsapp button that will open a chat window. Where the customer can select the team and proceed further for the communication.
